Rehearsal Schedule
Stake, ward and small-group rehearsals will be scheduled by the respective coordinator. Please contact your coordinator for info.
Combined rehearsals are listed here. They take place at the EAC football staduim in Thatcher, Arizona. Because of the limited number of combined rehearsals, attendance at each one is crucial.
May 8 (Saturday) - Combined rehearsal and mixer dance
Please be ready to go on the field at your start times, as listed.
- 9am - 10am: Thatcher Stake
- 10am - 11am: Pima and Duncan Stakes
- 11am - 12pm: LUNCH ON YOUR OWN
- 12pm - 1pm: St. David Stake
- 1pm - 2pm: Safford and Silver City Stakes
- 2pm - 3pm: Sierra Vista Stake
- 3pm - 5pm: Laurels and priests from all stakes
- 5pm - 6pm: Dinner (provided)
- 6pm - 8pm: All Stakes, all ages (everybody)! Will work opener, closer, and continuity.
- 8pm - 9:30pm: Seven Stake Mixer Dance!
May 20 (Thursday) - Tech rehearsal (LIMITED CAST)
- 7pm - Far, far into the night: Lighting, video screens and projectors etc. will be tested for the first time after dark. Would be nice to have as many cast as possible on hand for lighting checks, but out-of-town cast are NOT expected to attend this night.
May 21 (Friday) - Dress rehearsals / performances
- 4pm: Call time (arrive at stadium, get into costume and be ready to start on time
- 5pm: First dress rehearsal begins, with some audience (open seating)
- 7:45pm: Second dress rehearsal begins (our first time with lights / video!) (THIS REHEARSAL WILL NOW BE OPEN SEATING!)
May 22 (Saturday) - Dress rehearsal
- 9am: Call time (arrive at stadium, get into costume and be ready to start on time)
- 10am: Dress rehearsal show begins, with some audience (open seating)
May 22 (Saturday) - Final Performance
- 6:45pm: Call time (arrive at stadium, get into costume and be ready to start on time)
- 7:30pm: Be in starting position
- 7:45pm: Final performance begins, with some audience (ticketed seating). This event is performed in front of a packed house of 3500, broadcast live, and recorded to DVD!
